Nothing yet โ€” type above to see how it'll look.

Added to both the public announcement and the DM sent to winners. Use {prize} to insert the prize name.

Saved templates

Load a template into the form above using the dropdown, or delete ones you no longer need. Duration and channel aren't saved โ€” you set those fresh each time.

Winners board

A permanent, browsable record of every giveaway win โ€” posted automatically to a channel of your choice whenever a giveaway ends, with a link back to the original so anyone can verify it.

Bonus roles

Members with one of these roles get extra entries automatically when they enter any giveaway. If someone has more than one bonus role, only the highest multiplier applies.

VIP instant entry

These members enter any giveaway the instant they tap "Enter Giveaway" โ€” no required role, account age, invite, or message checks, and no entry-question pop-up. Handy for staff, sponsors, or anyone you want in with zero friction.

All giveaways

Top inviters

Someone leaving and rejoining doesn't let them (or their inviter) farm extra credit. Bonus giveaway entries are configured separately via bonus roles, not invite count.

Manually adjust an invite count

Use this to correct someone's count โ€” for example, compensating a member whose invite the automatic tracker missed. Positive numbers add, negative numbers subtract. The count never goes below 0.

Your current panel

This is exactly what's live on Discord right now โ€” edit it in the form below and hit "Post panel" to update it in place.

Use {spots} anywhere in the label โ€” it's replaced with the number above.

Application questions

Members answer these via pop-up before a ticket is created. Choose "Multiple choice" for questions like the "Are you a serious person?" example โ€” members pick one option instead of typing. Leave a question blank to skip it.

Every closed ticket's full conversation, saved even after the channel is deleted.

Verification
Set up a verification gate โ€” members answer a quick challenge before getting a role.

Panel setup

This form always shows your current settings โ€” change anything and click "Post panel" to update the live panel in place (it edits the existing message, it won't post a duplicate).

How it works

Members click "I'm not a robot" on the panel, which shows them a private 6-character code and three buttons โ€” they have 2 minutes to click the button matching the code. Answering correctly grants the role above automatically. This is a text-based challenge (no image), chosen to avoid a fragile server-side image-rendering dependency โ€” it still filters out simple bots and adds friction against casual raids.

Available placeholders

Use these inside any message/embed text or DM content โ€” they get replaced automatically when the command runs:
{user} mentions the person who ran the command  ยท  {user.tag} their username#tag  ยท  {user.id} their ID  ยท  {server} the server name  ยท  {channel} the channel it was used in  ยท  {option:name} the value of an option (replace "name" with the option's actual name)

Welcome Messages
Greet new members automatically when they join.

Reaction Roles
Members react to a message to get (or remove) a role automatically.

Add a reaction role

Find inactive members and take bulk actions across many people at once.

Inactive members

Bulk actions

Target either a list of user IDs (one per line โ€” click "Use these IDs" above on inactive members to fill this in) or everyone who has a specific role. Max 500 members per run, with a small delay between each to stay within Discord's limits.

Send a DM to the target

Add / remove a role on the target

Exit survey

When someone leaves, they get a DM asking why (best-effort โ€” many people have DMs closed to former servers). Their answer shows up below.

Feedback received

Member check-in

Sent while someone's still a member โ€” DMs after leaving don't reliably deliver (a Discord limitation, not a bug), so this catches sentiment early instead of trying to catch it on the way out.

Community milestones

Auto-posts a celebration when the server crosses a round-number milestone โ€” member count, giveaways completed, tickets resolved. Each one only ever gets announced once.

How this works

YouTube uses Google's official YouTube Data API โ€” reliable, but needs a free API key configured on the bot (YOUTUBE_API_KEY environment variable on Railway). See the README for how to get one.

TikTok has no official public API for monitoring a creator's posts, so this uses a public third-party service (RSSHub) that reads TikTok profiles. It works well in practice but can occasionally break if TikTok changes their site โ€” if a TikTok alert stops firing, that's usually why.

Both platforms are checked every 10 minutes. The very first check just notes the current latest post as a baseline โ€” it won't blast out an alert for something already posted before you added it.
